Refund policy

Have you decided an OverPad product isn’t right for you? If you’re still within the free 30-night return period, you can request a free return and a full refund. The return period ends 30 days after the delivery date of the first purchase, even in case of a replacement. More than one replacement is not allowed. 

Just contact our customer support to submit your request; an agent will then contact you to schedule the pickup at no cost to you.

OverPad Accessories

Accessories are not covered by the free return policy; however, in the case of proven manufacturing defects you may still request a refund or a replacement at no extra cost. Contact our customer support.

Shipping

We ship within Italy via BRT express courier with delivery in 3-6 working days depending on the destination. The express shipping cost is 4,90€ across the national territory. For shipments to smaller islands, delivery times may be longer.

The shipping cost is free for orders over 40,00€

Cash on delivery is not accepted for orders over 300,00€

Shipments to foreign countries are priced individually.
